If you still prefer a physical gift card, physical RFID gift card can be added for $3.00.

To purchase a West Mountain Gift Card in a denomination not listed during purchase, to check a card balance, or to report a gift card has been lost or stolen, please stop or call the front desk at 518-636-3699 ext. 1. There is a $6 replacement fee for all lost or stolen physical cards.

Gift Cards can be redeemed online or at any in-store West Mountain sales points. West Mountain Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. West Mountain Gift Cards have no expiration date.

Gift Cards purchased online will automatically be emailed to the purchaser. Physical RFID gift card add-ons will be mailed to the purchaser or guest unless otherwise indicated by choosing the pick-up at the front desk option. Please allow 5-7 days for mailing after day of purchase for processing and delivery time.

Gift Cards can be used for anything online or in-house at West Mountain.
