24-25 SKI CLUBS|REGISTER BY CONACTING WEST@WESTMOUNTAIN.COM
West Mountain has been making corporate, family, and friend groups (Ski Clubs) happy on the slopes since 1961.
Our Ski Club Programs (for groups of 20 or more) begin on Monday, Jan. 6, 2025 and run for 6 weeks (not including holiday break weeks), and all participating Ski Clubs come one day a week on their designated day and time of the week.
Ski Clubs are great for groups of all ages. All Ski Clubs have to have a lead organizer who will coordinate the group specifics with us. West Mountain does not issue refunds.
Pre-approved make up dates established by West Mountain in coordination with the Ski Clubs will not be scheduled past the week of March 3, 2025.
If you are a season passholder and already have an RFID card, Ski Clubs can be purchased HERE. Please remember to input your season pass number for verification.
If your Ski Club is not part of our Program and you are interested in learning more, please contact west@westmountain.com or call 518-636-3699 ext. 316. We offer a 6-Week program with lesson, rental, and meal plan add-on options at affordable rates (see descriptions below). Ski Club Program members also receive additional perks including discounted skiing (for additional days of skiing outside of program), tubing and summer tickets, plus discounts on rentals and merchandise.
Please Read over our Mountain Safety Guidelines for Winter Here before your Ski Club members' first visit.

ADD-ON OPTIONS FOR THE 2024/2025 SKI CLUB PROGRAMS INCLUDE:
Add A Lesson: We recommend all Ski Club Program participants enroll in lessons to advance their skills. Lessons involve a 1-hour group session where skiers and riders are grouped by age & ability. Skiers & snowboarders of all levels will have 6 weeks to learn to ski and snowboard while meeting new friends. A lesson is a great way to start things off.
Add Rentals: Our Rental shop, located at West Mountain, offers two types of rental options:
Season-long rentals that you keep at home for the season and can use anywhere, and
Six-week rentals that you keep at West which can be used on the days/times of the program.
All renters will need to visit West Mountain Sports (across the courtyard from the Main Lodge) to be fitted for your equipment ahead of the season. Seasonal renters should register for the program and stop in soon after purchase to be fitted for equipment to take home and keep for the season. Rental Prefit Information will be available soon.
Add A Meal Plan: The Meal Plan includes 6 meals to be redeemed during your child’s program time and day of the week. Each student has the option to choose one from the following:
½ sandwich
Cup of soup or chili
Popcorn chicken
Hamburger
Hot dog
Grilled cheese
Slice of pizza
Ski Club members can also add a small salad or fries as well as add a small fountain drink or milk.
The Ski Club flyer will be available soon.
Registration for all West Mountain programs close on December 15th, or when the program is full. Registration requests after December 15th are subject to a $15 late registration fee and are dependent on availability.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for program fees unless a medical condition occurs before January 1st, 2025. If a child can't ski due to medical reasons, a letter from a doctor is required for verification.
Prices may be subject to tax.
West Mountain products cannot be resold, transferred or refunded.
* Beginning in 22-23, all new Program participants will be charged an RFID card fee. There will be an additional replacement fee if the card is lost, stolen, etc. Participants will need their RFID card to access the lift.
